Form Your Pod
Join an existing pod or start one with 2–4 men from your church or community.

Check In Weekly
Each week, answer simple questions: How did you do on the challenge? What do you need prayer for?

Support Each Other
Celebrate wins, encourage each other in hardship, and hold each other accountable with grace.

Stay Consistent
Consistency is the key. Show up, check in, and watch each other grow over 12 weeks.
