Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your MOVE account and associated data. You can do this directly in the app, or by contacting us below if you no longer have access to the app.

Option 1

Delete from inside the app

This is the fastest way to delete your account. If you have access to the MOVE app:

  1. Open the MOVE app and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile in the navigation.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us directly.

Or send an email directly to warp005@hotmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your MOVE account.
  • A request to delete your account and associated data.

We'll confirm once your account has been removed.

What happens when your account is deleted

  • Your account and personal information (name, email, profile data, notification preferences, lesson progress, RSVPs) will be permanently deleted.
  • Some community content — such as prayer requests that others have already prayed for — may be anonymized rather than fully removed, to preserve community integrity.
  • Deletion requests submitted by email will be handled within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 7 business days).
